Outreach Services and Hours

Access Point Mobile Outreach Services

We are currently delivering our outreach exchange services on the following schedule:

• Tuesday 5 - 7 pm

• Wednesday 5 - 7 pm

• Friday 6 - 7 pm

• Saturday 3 - 4 pm
  

All mobile outreach services are currently in Athens only.

During service hours, you can access:

• Wellness and safety supplies designed to support safer lifestyle and wellness goals

• Naloxone (Narcan) for overdose response and prevention education

• Peer support and assistance getting in to recovery and other health services

Beyond Outreach: Support and Activities

Outside of mobile outreach services, we’re actively working to connect our people with individual paths to wellness or whatever they need.

This includes:

• Coordinating warm hand-offs to local recovery programs and health providers

• Conducting community trainings and educational sessions to build skills and knowledge

• Meeting with partners to expand and improve our services

• Providing peer support and follow-up outreach by appointment
